You may exchange or return items within 14 business days of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In case the item is damaged, you may need to inform us in email at email@example.com within 24 hours from delivery
To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be refunded.
Customized products and products sold during a sale are exempt from exchanges or returns. Certain fragile products are also exempt from exchanges or returns.
For generating an exchange or return, please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID.
NOTE : No exchange or return is applicable on discounted products unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects.
We only replace items if they are damaged or if the product sent isn’t the one you ordered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll contact you with further details. If we've made an error while shipping your order, we'll ship the correct items right away and arrange for the return of the wrongly sent items.
