We will send you a return label and schedule a pick-up for the return. Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
For payments made through credit cards, debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the returned products. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at email@example.com for further information. All cancelled orders will be refunded to the original mode of payment. The returned amount will exclude original shipping charges and transaction fees (only for payments made by credit cards, debit cards or net banking).
